Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. This allows you to unwind, use the facilities, complete or update your confidential health history form, and start your treatment on time in a relaxed and receptive state of mind.

Late arrival will decrease your treatment time and diminish your spa experience, as your services must still end on time to ensure our next guest is not delayed. Full treatment fee will remain unchanged.

When booked for a spa packages, couple treatments or if you are in a spa group, please, arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time.

For a group or multi-service appointments, we require a credit card or gift card number. When reservations are cancelled less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee may be charged.

To guarantee your preferred treatment choice and time, it is recommended you reserve your spa experience at least two weeks in advance. Of course, walk-ins and last minute appointments are always welcome. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card or gift card number at the time of the booking to secure your appointment.
