What to Wear: Many of our guests are “first time” spa-goers and can be anxious about their spa experiences. We make every attempt to put you at ease, so you can relax and enjoy your time at the Spa.
Please arrive comfortably dressed.
When you arrive some treatments will require you to disrobe and slip into a robe and sandals. In your private room most people find they enjoy their treatments fully disrobed, it is your personal preference whether you are more comfortable undressing completely or wearing your undergarments. Some treatments require loose fitting clothing to be worn.
Modesty Draping: Your modesty will be respected at all times with professional draping by our practitioners. During your treatment you will be covered at all times; only the area of the body being treated will be exposed.
Health Issues: You will be asked to fill out a Confidential Health History form. Upon subsequent visits if there is any changes in your health, please inform us. Please be sure to inform us if you are pregnant.
Spa Voices: Please soften your voice and silence your cell phones or pagers.
Preparing for Your Spa Visit: A few of our treatments require some preparation prior to your service. For your comfort, we highly discourage shaving immediately prior to treatments. Immediate exposure to the sun after certain treatments is also discouraged.
You are welcome to wear makeup, but it will be removed before certain treatments, such as facials and some body treatments. We highly recommend removing your makeup prior to your sauna session.
If you wish, you can remove your nail polish prior to your pedicure and or manicure appointments, the time originally allotted for this then will allow more time for massage or treatment.
Children: Children must be at least 12 years of age to be a Spa guest without a parent or guardian. Please prepare your child to use to soften their voices and footsteps in order to respect other guests’ time for relaxation. Thank you for your consideration.
