Injury & Healing
A bruise is a kind of injury in which the capillaries are damaged allowing blood to seep into the surrounding tissue. They often induce pain and are easily recognized by their characteristic blue or purple color in the days following an injury. If a bruise is anything but minor, it should at least be seen by a physician.
Typically Moor Mud baths and localized warm Moor Mud packs reduce inflammation, increase circulation and help the body flush away the dislocated blood. Clients have reported that bruises treated with Moor therapy heal and dissipate faster and with less residual pigmentation than those left untreated. |
